The FILES certification program focuses on F&I processes and
selling methods, as well as legal compliance. Upon completion, students
must demonstrate both exceptional sales skills and legal knowledge in
order to earn a FILES certification. Unlike other F&I certifications
that are currently available, FILES certification covers both federal
and state specific laws, and participants must renew their certification
on a yearly basis.
