F&I Ethics and Compliance Certification
Discussing the temptations faced everyday and how to overcome them is important as 'Compliance' and 'Disclosure' are big words in our industry today. Learn about the resources we have to keep ourselves up to date and knowledgeable about the changing world of Finance. In the eye of the law, ignorance is no excuse. We examine specific cases of regulatory breach and deliver instruction pertaining to both federal and state regulations.
AutoMenu® Certification
Menu utilization is a developmental process which requires knowledge, commitment, and discipline. Once the fundamentals are learned and successful application has been achieved, it is not uncommon to find staffers starting to take shortcuts. Advanced training confirmed by a comprehensive written exam and display of abilities through video critique may earn 'certified' status upon successful completion.
Comprehensive F&I Certification
This is a five (5) day training session which presents a comprehensive F&I foundation for those new to the business, or experienced individuals looking to revisit fundamentals in pursuit of enhanced performance. It includes a dozen areas important to the responsibilities and activity of a professional Business Manager. They include management, sales, product, deal control, legal responsibilities, and much more.
