No bait &switch for me. I have lined up positions for Jan09 and Oct09. How does this help me today? Oh, it doesn't. When the industry is not selling cars nobody wants to add a person or move that 500 per car johny out of his chair. I have never worked so hard to get a job. There are usually a phone call away.

AZFINMAN, I know what you mean about the current interview climate. In the past month I have been to an Acura, Jeep/Chrysler, and a small town Ford dealer and the response has been the same-what a joke. I got the distinct impression I was being "handled."
Seems like DP's are looking to cut costs-and they hold all the cards right now.
