He serves as president of Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch, Ill., and co-owners, with his brother Ray Scarpelli, of Ray Chevrolet and Ray Chrysler Jeep Ram Dodge in nearby Fox Lake. Before joining the family business, Scarpelli attended Northwood University in Midland, Mich., and served as a district manager of sales for General Motors.
