Team One Group Offers Free Webinar on Customer Buying Motivations and Presentation Techniques

Team One Group is offering a free Webinar on “F&I Products, Customer Buying Motivations, and Effective Presentation Techniques,” as part of its F&I Masters series.

The 30-minute Webinar is scheduled for Thursday, Feb. 26 at 11 a.m. EST and 8 a.m. PST.

As part of the ongoing F&I Masters training series, George Angus of Team One Group will share information regarding research into customer buying motivations in the F&I office.

The “psycho-neuro” triggers that cause F&I customers buying decisions and the most effective presentation strategies and techniques will be discussed. Attendees will gain knowledge in the following areas: products and identified purchasing influences; sales resistance; tangible vs. intangible product differences; time influences on customer retention and acceptance; effective communication techniques; and effective menu set up and presentation.
