HANOVER, Md. — The National Automotive Finance (NAF) Association will present its 14th Annual Below-Prime Credit Auto Financing Conference June 2-4, 2010 at the Renaissance Worthington Hotel in Fort Worth, Texas.

The conference officially kicks off with the workshop, “How the ABS Market is Working.” Lain Gutierrez and Chris D'Onofrio of Cold Street Partners will share their expertise and advice on the asset-backed securities market.

Dan Berce, CEO of AmeriCredit, will be the keynote speaker on the morning of June 3. He will discuss the events at AmeriCredit over the past two years, provide perspective on where the below-prime auto finance industry is heading and reflect on what the industry needs to do to stay healthy.

The conference will feature presenters from Standard & Poor's, J.D. Power and Associates, National Automobile Dealers Association and Manheim. There will also be panel discussions on below-prime dealer trends, remarketing methods and legal and regulatory issues. Other subjects to be covered are the effectiveness of GPS tracking and starter-interrupt devices on portfolio performance, physical fitness and a preview of results from the NAF Association's annual below-prime auto financing survey. In addition, there will be a presentation by a special agent of the FBI on automotive fraud schemes in the new decade.
