Tip of the Week: Using the Right Verbiage

F&I producers need to be careful about the words they use when working with a customer. Not only can the wrong word cause trouble down the road, but poor word choice could also mean a lost sales opportunity. UDS’s Gerry Gould runs through five words that need to become part of every F&I manager’s lexicon.
