Stephanie Cooper of Timbrook Automotive in Cumberland, MD was crowned the winner of this year's F&Idol competition, sponsored by IAS, for her Vehicle Service Contract Presentation. The other category winners included two F&I Mangers from The Suburban Collection in Sterling Heights, MI. Candy Serra was recognized for three presentations - Products for Lease, Key Replacement and Tire and Wheel. Jeremy Johnston shared the honor of best Tire and Wheel presentation and also was recognized for his Prepaid Maintenance presentation.
