Va. Dealer Charged With Selling Illegal Tags

NORFOLK, Va. —The owner of Metro Auto Sales has been arrested for selling more than 50 fake temporary tags to drivers he never sold vehicles to. The tags would allow someone to delay properly registering their vehicle, wtkr.com reports.

Police began investigating Donald Jabbar after the Department of Motor Vehicles received multiple complaints about the illegal practice.
