ATLANTA —The Georgia Automobile Dealers Association (GADA) petitioned the Georgia Department of Revenue Aug. 29, alleging that Tesla violated the sales license it received from the state. The GADA has requested that the state revoke Tesla’s existing dealer license and prevent the automaker from renewing or reapplying for the license. Tesla has come to blows with dealers in other states, including New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Missouri.
