Longtime Louisiana Auto Dealer Passes Away at 62

LAFAYETTE, La. — Nolan "Bruce" Broussard Jr., a Lafayette auto dealer, died today at his home at the age of 62, reports.

Broussard and his father, Nolan Broussard Sr., owned Bruce’s Auto Sales for more than 40 years. He also served as president of the Louisiana Auto Dealer Association.

Consumers Poised to Buy More Cars in 2014, Huntington Bank Reports

A survey conducted by Huntington Bank reveals that 22% of consumers in the states of Ohio, Michigan, West Virginia, Indiana and Western Pennsylvania are considering buying or leasing a vehicle in 2014, a one percentage point increase over last year.
