IRVINE, Calif. — AutoAlert has released a French version of its sales opportunity software for dealers operating in French-speaking Quebec, Canada.

“This new French-language version for Quebec dealers enables personnel to use AutoAlert in their native language, which will ultimately allow our dealer customers to deliver a more natural customer experience that drives retention,” said Tony Rhoades, AutoAlert’s vice president of product.

AutoAlert is a data mining and trade-cycle management platform designed to help dealerships identify sales opportunities, increase gross margin and improve customer retention. Dealers can use AutoAlert to identify existing sales and service customers that are in a position to upgrade their vehicle for a similar monthly payment.

AutoAlert claims that using these data-mining sales strategies can increase new-car sales and new-car margins by up to 20%. For more information, click here.
