WESTERVILLE, Ohio — NAC (formerly National Auto Care), a provider and administrator of vehicle service contract products and services, announced the promotion of Christina Schrank to vice president of marketing. She will have the primary responsibility for marketing NAC’s products, services and programs to clients within the automotive industry.

We were thrilled to promote her to this vital position, and pleased to provide this opportunity to such a long-term, dedicated employee,” said Pete Biscardi, president of NAC. “Christina’s extensive knowledge of NAC’s products, services, and the challenges facing today’s automotive industry, provide a unique edge in developing marketing

strategies and product offerings that will be in-tune with our objectives and will ensure customer satisfaction.”

Schrank joined the company in 1995 as a marketing assistant. Over the past 15 years, she rose to several supervisory and management positions in marketing research and consulting; rates and underwriting, client relations and operations.

For the past 3 years, Schrank has held the position of director of operations at NAC. She has been instrumental in building strong relationships with NAC’s agency network and industry partners, streamlining operation processes and procedures, and overseeing marketing initiatives – including advertising and tradeshows.

Schrank received a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Franklin University. She currently serves as NAC’s secretary to the board of directors, and is a member of both the Women’s Automotive Association International and the National Association of Professional Women. She is a current nominee for Automotive News’ 100 Leading Women in the North American Auto Industry.
