TORRANCE, Calif. — F&I and Showroom is proud to announce the winners of this year’s F&I Pacesetters award, an honor bestowed on a group of dealers who set the pace for running a compliant yet highly successful F&I department.

Sponsored by Resource Automotive, the F&I Pacesetters award will be handed out to seven F&I operations this year. The winners will honored at the magazine’s Industry Summit 2011 during a special ceremony, scheduled for Monday, Sept. 26, at 5 p.m. inside the Las Vegas Hilton’s Conrad Room.

“What sets these operations apart from the rest is their ability to succeed under the strictest of guidelines,” said Gregory Arroyo, executive editor of F&I and Showroom magazine. “They have all found the fine balance between being aggressive and customer-centric.”

This year’s winners include:

• Dick Hannah Dealerships, Vancouver, Wash.

• Fremont Motor Co., Lander, Wyo.

• Haddad Dealerships, Pittsfield, Mass.

• International Autos Orland Park, International Imports LLC

• Jenkins & Wynne Inc., Clarksville, Tenn.

• Lithia Motors Inc., Medford, Ore.

• The Suburban Collection, Troy, Mich.

One of these seven winners will be selected to receive the 11th annual F&I Dealer of the Year award, which is also sponsored by Resource Automotive. That operation will appear on the cover of the magazine’s November 2011 issue, and will be recognized before the F&I industry at the magazine’s upcoming conference. This year’s F&I Pacesetters will also appear in next month’s issue of F&I and Showroom magazine.
