Teres Solutions Kicks Off 2007 with Over 100 Customers, Launches Product Enhancements

February 26, 2007

Austin, Texas — Teres Solutions Inc., a provider of direct and indirect lending software to credit unions and financial institutions, announced that more than 100 organizations are now using the SAIL lending software to manage their lending portfolios. Together, Teres Solutions customers processed in excess of $35 billion in loan volume in 2006.

Teres Solutions has also launched several important new product enhancements in 2006, including SAIL software's integration with Lenders Protection from CUNA Mutual Group. The integration makes it possible for credit unions to automate the approval of near-prime loan applications based on underwriting from Lenders Protection. Teres Solutions will continue to unveil new offerings in 2007 — some of which will be shown at its 4th annual user conference to be held on April 24-27, 2007 at the Driskill Hotel in Austin, Texas.

With SAIL software, not only are lending processes more efficient, but existing staff can be more productive by focusing on improving yields through new member acquisition or sales of add-on services. Key features of the SAIL family of products include:

•Electronic integration with both the RouteOne and DealerTrack finance platforms for automobile dealerships

•Direct electronic integration with Lenders Protection(TM) from CUNA Mutual Group

•Integration with major credit union core systems, including Summit, Symitar and ULTRADATA, Users, and XP

•Automated lending decisions through the SAIL Autopilot module

•Sophisticated real time reporting

•Browser-based technology for rapid deployment and maintainability

•Intuitive user dashboard

•Roles-based security features

•Automated credit checking

•Application history lookup

•Federal regulation compliance

•Automatic dealer response generation

•Integration with NADA Guides and Kelley Blue Book

•Integration with top three credit providers

•Integration with Auto Financial Group for balloon loans
