Autobytel, Jumpstart Partner to Up Ad Revenue

SAN FRANCISCO and IRVINE, Calif. —Autobytel has joined Jumpstart Automotive Group’s portfolio of digital automotive publishers, outsourcing its ad sales function. 

Through this relationship, Jumpstart now reaches 26 million unique visitors each month. Autobytel benefits from an expanded advertising revenue opportunity by outsourcing ad sales.

"By outsourcing our ad sales function, we are better able to focus on our core business of delivering high-converting leads to our dealer and manufacturer customers,” said Jeff Coats, president and chief executive officer of Autobytel. “Jumpstart successfully represents advertising campaigns for every major auto brand, and is a natural fit for our business. Autobytel also offers new- and used-vehicle research, reviews, car listings, buying guides, shopping tools and auto financing advice. The company recently announced a strategic investment in AutoWeb, an innovative pay-per-click advertising marketplace, as well as the acquisition of Advanced Mobile to provide leading mobile capabilities to auto manufacturers and dealerships.
