DataOne Software Launches Product Training Video Website for Auto Dealers

Beverly, MA — DataOne Software recently launched DataOneTube, a video portal that lets auto dealers view, upload and share DataOne Software product tutorials and best practices videos.

“DataOneTube is an all-video training site for dealers who want to get their product questions answered quickly and easily,” says Jock Pereira, managing director, DataOne Software. “Each video is indexed and keyword searchable, addressing a very specific product feature or function that will help dealers increase ROI on their e-commerce investment.”

There are currently over 100 instructional videos on the site. Each video averages between 1 and 10 minutes in length. More than 850 videos have already been watched by users since the portal went live in late December.

Videos are grouped into seven channels that cover DataOne Software products such as iMarketAuto Inventory Management, Powersites, Pricing Intelligence and Lead Management. Other channels include Website management, a Dominion Enterprises Partner Channel and DataOne Accessories Store.

As an added feature, the site tracks and reports Videos Being Watched Right Now along with Most Recent, Most Viewed, Most Discussed, Top Favorites, Top Rated and Recently Featured videos. Videos can also be searched using keywords.

Anyone can sign up for the free service by simply choosing a user name/password and completing a short form. As a registered member of the DataOneTube Community, users can rate videos, add comments and upload their own best practices tutorials and tips. Videos can still be watched whether or not the user is a registered portal member.

“DataOneTube is a new way of looking at product training,” Pereira says. “Dealers can access any kind of information when they need it, and can learn from each other by sharing their own experiences and know-how.”
