Richfield, Ohio – OEConnection LLC, announced the completion of integrating their online automotive business products with ADP’s industry-leading w.e.b.Suite Dealer Management System (DMS). The new advanced technology is OEConnection’s DMS Connect, a bi-directional interface producing an unparalleled, streamlined parts fulfillment solution for their mutual auto dealership customers. This project is the latest in a long-term alliance integrating OEConnection’s automotive parts ecommerce portal with ADP’s DMS.

Joe Miliziano, Vice President, ADP Dealer Services, commented, “We’re pleased to work with OEConnection to provide high value integration for our clients and to further ADP’s commitment to provide data access solutions to the companies our clients want to do business with. OEConnection’s DMS Connect is one example of the unique solutions ADP enables to ensure that our clients receive the benefits of a certified interface with increased security of their data.”

OEConnection is the latest organization to receive ADP’s Third Party Access Program Certification for DMS Connect. Using an industry standard interface application framework, DMS Connect software quickly and seamlessly interfaces with ADP w.e.b.Suite providing ADP clients with the confidence that this interface has passed a rigorous certification process.

President and CEO of OEConnection Chuck Rotuno said, “Our introduction of DMS Connect is the second joint integration project between our two companies, providing dealerships with even greater improved efficiency than ever before, which can result in financial cost savings. With NADA’s May 2007 report that service and parts department profits now account for 77 percent of total dealership operating profits, DMS Connect is right in line with dealership strategies of investing in fixed operations to help streamline processes and increase profits. This integration emphasizes the value and significance of integrating two separate technologies into one single workflow for end users.”

OEConnection’s product usage results show online transactions during December 2007 increased 227% from 12 months prior. With more and more online transactions, DMS Connect helps streamline workflow by automatically passing customer and part details on the order directly to the ADP w.e.b.Suite for quote creation, which reduces – and most frequently eliminates – associated data entry tasks, which also improves accuracy. OEConnection’s daily updated Internet-based parts inventory programs are now even stronger, with DMS Connect providing ADP DMS real-time part status in OEConnection’s order fulfillment program, making it easier and faster for counter staff to make optimal parts selling decisions.

OEConnection and ADP began their strategic alliance in October 2006, having created the gateway between ADP’s DMS products and OEConnection’s D2DLink® parts sourcing system, saving dealerships time when sourcing needed parts. Phase Two integrates three OEConnection online transaction types:

D2DLink, a parts order between dealerships

D2D Express®, a dealership parts order filled on behalf of the automaker

CollisionLink®, a dealership parts order selling parts to collision shops.
