Deerfield Beach, Fla. Three associates from JM Family Enterprises subsidiaries, Southeast Toyota Distributors LLC (SET) and JM&A Group, have been promoted to vice president.

Kevin Fleeger has been promoted to vice president of parts and service support for SET, announced SET President Ken Czubay and Senior Vice President Ed Sheehy. Fleeger has served SET in the areas of parts and service, as well as accessory sales. Prior to joining the company in 1997, he was employed by Nissan Motor Corporation. Fleeger earned a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Penn State University and a master’s degree in business from Robert Morris College.

Czubay and Sheehy also announced that Al Green has been promoted to vice president of marketing for SET. Green joined the company in 1997 as a fixed operations consultant and was a key contributor to SET’s parts and service, distribution and marketing departments. Prior to joining SET he was employed by General Motors. Green earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Howard University in Washington, D.C. and a master of business administration in finance and marketing from Indiana University.

Mike Pritchard has been promoted to business process integration vice president for JM&A Group, announced Forrest Heathcott, president of JM&A, and Ron Coombs, senior vice president. Since joining JM&A as director of sales planning and analysis in 2000, Pritchard has led the sales planning and analysis department. He has also worked with product development and operations. Pritchard will continue to lead the company’s business process re-engineering as well as the Dealer E-Business department. Prior to joining JM&A, he worked for World Omni Financial Corp., another JM Family Enterprises company, in a variety of financial and analytical capacities. Pritchard earned a bachelor’s degree in finance/economics and a master’s degree of business administration in finance and decision information systems from the University of Florida.
