Special Finance® Launches Enterprise CRM/BDC Solution

Overland Park, Kan. has launched the Enterprise CRM/BDC Solution for multistore dealers. The new program is designed to offer a single-screen, single-login portal to access customer and inventory data from multiple locations. This will allow sold, unsold, Internet and service customers’ information to flow into a centralized database, in turn allowing bi-directional communication with individual stores within the dealer group, according to the manufacturer.

“Being able to control the selling system and review performance levels by logging in once, and looking at data from every store on one screen, makes managing a multipoint deal so much easier. I wish this product had been available when I was running stores,” said Doug Kinney, VinSolutions’ CEO.

The program also promises to allow dealer groups' BDCs to make CSI calls for multiple locations, accept all inbound calls and follow up with unsold customers; and for service departments to access all closed repair order data entered at one store from any other location and to place service-related calls for each store.
