Payless Car Sales Partners with Kaizen MultiMedia for Virtual Training

June 16, 2008

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Payless Car Sales has announced that it has entered into an exclusive partnership agreement with Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.-based Kaizen MultiMedia LLC. Kaizen will provide Payless with the ability to create an in-house virtual training program for their national franchise system.

“Maintaining a properly trained staff is no easy task in an industry like ours, where the turnover rate of employees, especially sales staff, is pretty substantial," said Payless president/CEO Mike Harley. “Training is expensive and, done correctly, takes a great deal of time. We believe that creating a 'Payless Virtual Training' program will provide our dealers with an efficient, effective and economical answer to this recurring problem.”

“Let’s face it,” Harley continued, "we live in such a rapidly changing technological world that just keeping up can be a full-time job ... Today’s customers arrive at our dealerships more informed than ever before. Kaizen puts technology to work for the dealer by providing an array of tools which can help keep their employees well-educated and ahead of the training curve.”
