Griskie to Head JMsolutions Tech Development

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. – JMsolutions, a developer of software products and services for the automotive industry, has promoted Rick Griskie to vice president of technology development and CIO.

In his new role, Griskie will lead product development efforts for the full suite of software offered by JMsolutions to include their AAX Inventory Management and CMX Customer Management solutions. He will oversee integration activities between JMsolutions and DMEautomotive, its joint venture partner and other business partners.

Prior to his promotion, Griskie served as assistant vice president of business development, and assistant vice president of technology development for JMsolutions.

Before joining the company in 2007, Griskie served as vice president of operations for Reynolds and Reynolds. He also spent 15 years at Accenture, serving in various positions, including partner.

New York Dealers Fined $200,000 for Service Contract Scam

The co-owners of Mega Auto Group, which operated used-car dealerships in Poughkeepsie and LaGrange, N.Y., were ordered in June to pay more than $200,000 for selling bogus service contracts to nearly 100 of their customers, reported the Poughkeepsie Journal.
