ORLANDO, Fla. — Web-based menu provider MenuVantage will offer a Red Flags compliance solution that is integrated into its menu selling software and embedded into the sales process. The new system will be distributed as a no-cost, value-added tool for current and future MenuVantage dealer clients, providing unlimited free Red Flags checks, according to the company.

"As MenuVantage now integrates with 13 DMS providers besides Reynolds and Reynolds and ADP, there is virtually no franchised dealership in the U.S. and Canada that cannot benefit from this solution," said Philip Battista, co-CEO of MenuVantage. "Our solution is a simplified, streamlined path to help dealers conform to the FTC's Red Flags Rule and is another illustration of our commitment to dealers in providing industry-leading technology and solutions in the F&I Office."

The new tool was designed to provide dealers with an automated compliance solution that will help protect them from claims, fines and litigation. The Red Flags Rule mandates that dealers implement an identity theft-prevention program by Nov. 1.
