LEVITTOWN, N.Y. — Dealer consulting and technology provider Parayil & Mann Dealer Services Inc. has announced the launch of Dealership Performance Optimization, a new service designed to lower operations costs and put dealers in control of their bottom lines.

"Dealers are looking for ways to cut costs, but don’t always have the time to conduct a thorough review and analysis of their existing operations," said Guy Manasse, president of PMDS. "DPO uses multiple analytical processes to lower fixed expenses and maximize dealership performance."

Dealership Performance Optimization was designed to help dealers optimize processes in every department, beginning with an in-depth analysis of each department’s operational flow lines. PMDS provides recommendations and solutions to improve processes, dealership performance, cash flow and revenues.

Other components include tools for reducing expenses in the human resources department and a program that reviews store phone and energy requirements to analyze usage patterns and recommend strategies to lower expenses and minimize a dealership’s carbon footprint. Compensation for many of the services offered through DPO is based on actual dealer cost savings, according to the provider.
