PORTLAND, Ore. — Compli, a provider of human resources and compliance management software, has released Compli 6.5, a program that manages the entire employment lifecycle.

The program features Compli Recruit, a recruitment and talent management solution, and Compli Counsel, which provides access to legal guidance and pay plan templates.

Using Compli Recruit, companies are able to automate the entire hiring process and consolidate recruiting information into one location. The solution provides a fully hosted career Website, a candidate and electronic employee application management system, an artificial intelligence search tool, EEOC and affirmative action reporting, integrated background, drug and alcohol screening and Form I-9 verification. Compli Recruit enables users to do everything from posting job listings on multiple job boards and importing job applications to applicant tracking and reporting.

Compli 6.5 also provides Compli Counsel, allowing companies to receive expert legal guidance. Using the employment law e-Counsel, managers are able to electronically submit questions to attorneys at Fisher & Phillips LLP, one of America’s largest law firms representing employers in labor and employment law matters, and receive guidance within 24 hours. Employment-related questions pertaining to issues such as hiring, discrimination and harassment, disability matters, wage and hour compliance, FMLA and termination issues, are subjects within the scope of the expert guidance given.

In addition, Compli 6.5 offers enhanced intranet capabilities including: the ability to upload documents to electronic personnel records, a company directory feature and industry specific news feeds to keep all employees informed and up-to-date. Compli 6.5 will also include key pay plan templates and wage and hour content developed in partnership with Fisher & Phillips LLP.

“With these great new features, we’re able to offer our customers a complete automated solution that manages HR and compliance workflow throughout the entire employment lifecycle, from pre-hire recruitment through employee separation,” said Lon Leneve, president and CEO of Compli.
