Finance Express Adds BHPH Portfolio Buyer

November 02, 2010

RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif. — Finance Express, a provider of dealer management system and Web technology for independent dealers, has partnered with Denver-based Access Capital Investment Group (ACIG) to offer dealers a built-in opportunity to liquidate their buy-here, pay-here portfolios.

“This is the next-generation buy-here, pay-here system,” said David Huber, president of Finance Express. “This will help our dealers increase profits and cash flow by having a loan buyer fully integrated into our system.”

Founded in 2001, ACIG has structured more than $2 billion worth of automotive portfolio transactions for hundreds of clients, according to the company. The company’s primary focus is bulk acquisitions of portfolios from dealerships as well as credit unions, banks and finance companies.

Jeff Hutcheson, ACIG’s managing partner, expects the agreement to benefit all parties involved.

“We recognize Finance Express to be the leading DMS provider in the industry,” Hutcheson said. “The strategic partnership … has been crafted to further enhance the efficiency of our portfolio acquisition process.”
