RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, Calif. — Finance Express announced that it has entered into a partnership with subprime automotive finance company Preferred Automobile Credit Co. (PACCO). Officials with PACCO said the deal will allow the Orwigsburg, Pa.-based company to expand its services to new dealerships.

"Since the down turn of the economy, dealers need lenders more than ever right now, so we are proud to have PACCO in our growing group of lenders that we can offer to our dealer base,” said David Huber, president of Finance Express.

Founded in 2003, PACCO is an affiliate of Preferred Warranties Inc., providing financing for pre-owned vehicles through dealership approved to offer extended service contracts marketed by PWI.
"The relationship with Finance Express aligns with PACCO's vision statement for excellence in technology and will further enhance PACCO's ability to service the independent dealerships within our existing network while expanding our services to new dealerships going forward," said Tim Rodgers, credit department manager at PACCO.
