Chris Kukla offers sound advice, there are still many people in the dealership world that for some reason feel they have to lie, steal and cheat to get ahead.

However, when a educated person compares the ethics and credibility of a car salesperson to a Congress-person, Senator or US President and let's not forget the media. One has to decide who has more credibility.
