Hi all, first off let me say I've been lurking on here for years. While lurking I've gained many insights into the F&I process from your discussions which im very thankful for. I'm a software developer in the industry, but I'm no huckster and definitely not a salesman so dont worry lol. Anyway, thanks for the warm welcome.  |

We're all huckers and salespeeps of some sort. Some just more than others. So, even if you were one we wouldn't mind.  |
