If you're given the proper tools, it's easy to get a job done, says Elizabeth Anderson, who has been named vice president and chief financial officer for Isuzu Motors Acceptance

Corp. Formerly vice president of finance, Anderson's promotion comes on the heels of her managing the finance company's first successful public asset-backed securitization, whereby the company issued $440 million in bonds.

"Isuzu has provided me with a wonderful opportunity to learn new aspects of the finance business and has given me the tools needed to get the job done," said Anderson, who recently celebrated her fourth anniversary with the

corporation.

In addition to general financial management, Anderson will be responsible for the company's securitization activities, treasury and banking functions, and business and strategic planning.

Anderson received her Masters in international finance from UCLA's Anderson Graduate School of Management. She is a Certified Public Accountant

with more than 18 years of finance and management experience.
