John Stillo joined Toyota Financial Services (TFS) as vice president and chief financial officer on July 16. Stillo is responsible for the Finance Department, Treasury Department, and the Risk Management Department.

He will report directly to George Borst, president and CEO of TFS, and takes over responsibilities previously handled by Bob Allen. Bob Allen will continue his leadership as vice president of International Operations and Commercial Finance.

John Stillo was formerly with Associates First Capital Corporation, and most recently served as executive vice president, Investments and Capital Planning. His previous experience also includes Price Waterhouse.

"John’s experience in virtually all aspects of the finance business creates a unique skill set that will be an exciting addition to the TFS executive management team," said George Borst, President and CEO of Toyota Financial Services.

"He is a seasoned professional, and has the breadth of knowledge that will better position us to achieve our financial goals."

Stillo obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and his Masters degree in Accounting from Lehigh University in Pennsylvania. His Masters degree in Business Administration is from Southern Methodist University in Texas. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
