Irvine, Calif.-based OCT Group has announced a coast-to-coast strategic alliance with Pensacola Beach, Fla.-based Auto Listener(TM), which it says will provide an additional dimension of customer retention/satisfaction programs to its roster of services, designed primarily for auto and truck dealers throughout the country.

OCT Group President and CEO Grant Dunning said the new strategic partnership will add value to each firm's customer satisfaction package of services designed to convert prospects into buyers and transform buyers into long-term customers and referral sources. "The OCT Group will continue to gather valuable written survey information from auto and truck customers in three stages of the buying process: prospect, delivery and service," Dunning said. The alliance will begin serving approximately 1,500 auto and truck dealers immediately through its combined network in all 50 states and throughout North America, according to Dunning.
