The Irvine, Calif.-based OCT Group (One Customer at a Time) announces Michael Ming will lead the firm's expansion into direct marketing as newly appointed manager of direct marketing.

"Michael's extensive direct marketing experience, coupled with a strong background in sales and sales management, will be invaluable as we move into this field."

Ming is responsible for all aspects associated with building the direct marketing division including new business development, sales training and overseeing production.

Ming has eight years of experience in direct marketing, with an emphasis in the automotive industry. From 1994 to 1998, he owned an insurance agency in Central California after which he relocated to Southern California to specialize in automotive direct marketing. Ming earned a bachelor of science degree in business from California State University - Fresno.
