DaimlerChrysler to Move Finance Headquarters

DaimlerChrysler Services America, the financial services arm of DaimlerChrysler AG, will move its headquarters from Southfield, Mich., to Farmington Hills, Mich., according to spokesman James Ryan.

It will be located in the campus of four connected buildings housing the headquarters of Michigan National Bank, which the company purchased, according to Ryan.

Currently, the company’s 1,000 employees are split between two buildings some distance apart, Ryan said.

DaimlerChrysler Services North America plans to move into its new headquarters in the third quarter of next year.
