The 13th annual GMAC National F&I Conference is more than just a valuable learning opportunity, according to Louis Carrio, director of GMAC Eduational Sercies. "It's an investment that can pay huge dividends for F&I managers looking to get the most out of their operation," Carrio said.

Over the course of the five-day conference, attendees can register for 10 of the more than 15 seminars offered by GMAC Educational Services.

"The conference is designed specifically to maximize F&I performance," Carrio said. "Through a variety of educational events, F&I managers can strengthen their skills and improve their level of professionalism."

In addition to a wide range of sales improvement and personal development seminars -- including "Understanding Personality Types" and "Stress Management" -- the conference provides a forum for attendees to exchange innovative ideas with other F&I professionals from across North America.

The 2002 GMAC National F&I Conference will be held May 11-15 at the Doubletree Paradise Valley Resort in Scottsdale, Ariz. The fee is $1,850 per person and includes all instruction and classroom materials, as well as meals,

accommodations and recreational activities.

F&I managers can contact their local GMAC representative to register. For more
