Lithia Motors announced June 11 that it has acquired Jay Wolfe Ford in Omaha, Neb. According to the company, it will be renamed Lithia Ford of Omaha. Last year, Lithia said the store had sales of approximately $55 million.

Lithia Motors Chairman and CEO Sid DeBoer said, "This is our first store in Omaha, Nebraska which is a strong regional market in the Midwest. Lithia should do well in Omaha with its low unemployment, stable growth and a strong sense of community. This store has a great location and a lot of potential for growth."

According to Lithia, the Omaha dealership is their seventh store acquisition of this year.
