Since its inception, Chrysler Financial's Comprehensive F&I Training program has proven help increase dealership F&I profits and strengthen Chrysler Financial's dealer relationships, according to Bradley V. Bozsan of Chrysler Financial.
Cooperation and teamwork are the goals of the 3-1/2 day Comprehensive F&I Training course, which the sales manager and F&I manager attend together. They begin the training as the heads of two separate departments and they finish as a team -- with a better understanding of each other's roles and with a clear focus on how they, working together, can best serve customers, according to Chrysler Financial.
Now, dealerships which were unable to attend a training session in their zone for 2002 are being given another chance to take advantage of this training, Bozsan told F&I Management and Technology.
Chrysler Financial will be conducting a special class in Las Vegas, Dec. 16-20. "This is a pilot promotion designed to keep the momentum and successes of 2002 rolling into 2003," Bozsan said.
According to Bozsan, dealers taking advantage of this special offer will receive:
Enrollments must be received no later than 5 p.m., Eastern time, Friday, Nov. 1.
According to Bozsan, the first class of 30 participants was met with such dealer enthusiasm that two more classes totaling 60 more participants were added.
