Market Scan Information Systems, the source of Profitcenter, a solution automobile retailers utilize to automate their sales and financial transactions, announced the appointment of Bruce A. Zeedik to the new position of CFO. Mr. Zeedik will be responsible for the financial operations of the company and will focus on expanding and enhancing the company’s fiscal infrastructure and processes as it moves into a new phase of growth.

The company says Mr. Zeedik has earned a reputation for excellence in aligning internal financial processes and infrastructure with aggressive growth plans in the technology, consumer, healthcare and B2B markets. Prior to Market Scan, he worked as CFO for Staub Metals Corporation where he designed and implemented new business processes, negotiated financing options, and automated accounting, finance, and human resource functions.

As vice president and corporate controller for Merisel, Inc., Mr. Zeedik re-engineered the company’s corporate accounting and financial systems. Prior to that he served as vice president, finance, for JBL Professional where he was responsible for all finance, accounting and MIS functions.
