Norton Joins Reahard & Associates as Senior Training Consultant

F&I training company Reahard & Associates has announced the addition of Brian Norton as a senior training consultant based in Atlanta, Ga.

Norton comes to Reahard & Associates with a 10-year record of success in the automotive industry, most recently as the regional director for a large automotive group where he supervised 11 finance departments.

"Brian has been recognized for his ability to build profitable, efficient, and productive F&I departments by helping ensure F&I managers not only believe in their own talent and ability, but also have the drive and determination to achieve F&I excellence!" Ronald J. Reahard told F&I Management and Technology.

Norton graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in business management, and began his automotive career in 1992 as a sales associate before moving into the F&I office. He will coordinate Reahard & Associates’ Achieving F&I Excellence!™ in-dealership training program that incorporates monthly training assignments and exercises into “real world” situations, including the videotaping of actual F&I presentations, as well as customer-focused training exercises.
