Manheim has announced that John Deck and Mike Mosier have been named assistant general managers at Georgia Dealers Auto Auction. Deck formerly served as factory and fleet/lease manager at Denver Auto Auction in Aurora, Colo., while Mosier was the Northeast regional controller for Manheim.

Deck joined Manheim in June 1996, working on the Ford account at Denver Auto Auction. In January 1997, he was named arbitration manager. Deck was promoted to factory operations manager in November 1997 and became factory and fleet/lease manager in 1998.

Mosier joined Manheim in October 1996 as accounting supervisor at Atlanta Auto Auction. In June 1998, he was promoted to controller at Georgia Dealers Auto Auction, and nearly a year later transferred back to Atlanta Auto Auction as controller. In May 2001, Mosier was promoted to regional controller for Manheim.
