Dealers to Share Best Practices at NAF Association Workshop

July 19, 2004

PITTSBURGH -- The National Automotive Finance Association will present a day-long workshop, Consumer Advocacy Practices in Auto Financing, on Sept. 15 at the Embassy Suites Outdoor World, Dallas/Fort Worth Airport.

The industry is moving to more transparency and clearer, more accurate communication in the sales financing contract. Panels of experts -- legal, auto dealer, lender, vendor and trade associations -- will discuss best practices in automotive financing that help improve customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance and profitability for dealerships. Dealer panelists will share new programs and procedures that work for them. Participants will have ample opportunity to exchange information and to ask questions.

Check the Association's Web site at www.nafassociation.com for program updates.
