WASHINGTON -- The American Financial Services Association is holding several one-day seminars around the country to educate finance professionals about the new federal regulations required under the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions (FACT) Act. Andrew Smith, FACT Act program manager from the Division of Financial Practices, Federal Trade Commission will be one of the many expert speakers.
