JM Family Enterprises and Toyota Companies Make Additional Donation

October 4, 2004

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. -- Having already made a
$1 million donation, JM Family Enterprises, Inc. (JMFE), Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC (SET) and Toyota Companies donated an additional $500,000 to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund for relief efforts in Florida. The companies' total contribution now totals $1,500,000. Food, water, shelter, counseling and other items were provided by the funds.

"As leaders in the community we must do everything we can to help our friends and neighbors recover. I hope that our donation inspires other companies and individuals to give what they can to help those in need," said JMFE Founder and Honorary Chairman Jim Moran.

None of JM Family's business locations sustained major damage. A number of its Toyota dealerships were affected by the storms. With the help of generators, the dealerships were up and running immediately.
