More than 50 employees and agents of CNA National Warranty Corp. received certification by the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals at CNAN’s annual conference in Las Vegas.

In addition to the certification of independent agents, subagents and sales representatives, CNAN certified several key executives. Joan Saunders said, "As an industry member, our company is pleased to support AFIP’s efforts to promote professionalism and ethical behavior in the F&I process," said Joan Saunders of CNAN.

Tarrah Lett, vice president of AFIP said, "CNA National has taken an industry-leading step toward offering its clients higher quality service by providing its representatives and executives with the superior knowledge available from AFIP."

Through the rigorous 150-question final exam, the AFIP Certification Program ensures a mastery of the rules that govern the vehicle-funding and indemnification processes. In addition, AFIP-certified F&I professionals must sign and abide by the strictly enforced AFIP Code of Ethics.
