MOBILE, Ala. -- Automotive Computer Services, a provider of Windows-based dealer management systems, announced its ability to integrate with the NADA, Kelley Blue Book and Black Book evaluation guides.

This is the company’s latest enhancement to its ACCESS® DMS suite. The new release’s features include trade-in and inventory appraisals, an inventory analysis report, laser printed window stickers, as well as a vehicle "book out" report for lender submission. In addition, the application integrates with the ACCESS Sales Desk proposal worksheets, reflecting the retail value of the proposed purchase.

"This application can be a tremendous tool for dealers," said Van Koppersmith, president of ACS. "They can now better manage an asset that previously was typically evaluated based on inventory age. Sales managers can more easily justify values in their proposals and F&I managers can save incredible time by quickly ‘booking out’ a vehicle and submitting it to the lender without leaving the ACS application. As a bonus, the dealership can save money by printing window stickers themselves."

For convenience, new updates are sent to dealers via the Internet as they are released. There are no CDs to load or Web sites to go to. The evaluation guides may either be purchased individually or as a group of three.
