PORTLAND, Ore. -- The Oregon Automobile Dealers Association has deemed Compli’s Dealer Liability Management System (DLMS) an effective system for the remediation and prevention of dealership liability in employment practices and regulatory compliance.

"[The Compli DLMS] will not only help dealers to automate regulatory compliance operations, but perhaps more importantly, should help them to realize a dramatic reduction in dealership liability exposure for a wide range of legal issues," said Greg Remensperger, executive vice president of OADA. "This can lead to subsequent reductions in claims, legal fees and insurance expenses."

The DLMS is a Web-based compliance management system used by dealerships to manage and monitor legal regulations throughout the employment lifecycle, from pre-hire applicant tracking and orientation, to training and separation. The new Compli DLMS version 4.0, which includes an enhanced Compli DirectorTM, Compli Advisor, and Compli Marketplace, will be released nationwide this month.
