PORTLAND, Ore. -- Compli has launched its new Compli Dealer Liability Management System (DLMS). Through an alliance with national employment law firm Fisher & Phillips LLP, the DLMS features new functionality and content from the law firm's subsidiary, PreventionPoint LLC.

The DLMS controls, tracks, reports on and automates regulatory compliance operations within auto dealerships. It also mitigates liabilities via an early warning system that prevents unnecessary fines and claims and significantly reduces overhead costs.

The system is designed to:

  • Streamline compliance management of the employment lifecycle. Through the Pre-Hire Applicant Tracking System, dealerships can manage job postings, applications, applicant screening through orientation, required training, policy sign off and tracking, separation and permanent record retention.

  • Give dealers guidance on regulatory compliance. Dealer-specific legal content provides policies and guidelines on telemarketing, advertising and disclosure, packing, money laundering, spot delivery and more. This content is designed to guide dealers through the maze of industry regulations that could generate liabilities for their businesses.

  • Provide enhanced support and technology for ease of use. The 24/7 Administrator Support Web site offers immediate support and includes the Compli Ignition iWSTM integration web services for easy communication among the operations managers and single-point software solutions within a dealership.

  • Be fully implemented in 72 hours. With Compli's Three-Day Rollout service, dealerships can begin to uncover, report on and mitigate liabilities right away to save money on litigation, insurance and overhead. The rollout begins with a customer meeting to determine compliance priorities, followed by Web site set-up, then DLMS deployment and employee training.
