CallCommand Partners with DealerUps to Provide Lifecycle Management Solution

Cincinnati, Ohio -- CallCommand, a provider of voice communication solutions focused on increasing client profitability, announced a partnership and integration with DealerUps to provide automotive dealers with an end-to-end solution for managing the customer lifecycle.

DealerUps will integrate CallCommand’s onCommand suite of Web-based customer lifecycle management tools into its DeskLog CRM. The onCommand suite of communication solutions includes voice, text and e-mail components that allow dealers to communicate to customers via their preferred channel. It also includes custom campaign management tools and unique analytics that enable dealers to create promotions on the fly and more accurately measure the results.

DeskLog is a fully interactive desk log that includes Internet Lead Management, desking, F&I menu presentation and bi-directional telephony integration.

The partnership between CallCommand and DealerUps will provide dealers with the first fully integrated single solution for CRM and customer lifecycle management tools that may allow dealers to no longer have to use multiple vendors.
