Calif. Car Buyer's Bill of Rights Webcast Archive Available

  • Offering a two-day cooling-off period for used-car buyers

  • Giving consumers the option to sign a contract to return a vehicle within three days

  • Requiring disclosure to a customer of his or her credit score

  • Limiting the use of the term "certified vehicle"

  • Providing consumers with cost breakdowns

  • Capping profit on certain loans
