RouteOne Announces Launch of E-Contracting Solution

August 17, 2006

Farmington Hills, Mich.—RouteOne recently announced that its e-contracting solution, jointly developed by DaimlerChrysler Financial Services, Ford Motor Credit Company, GMAC and Toyota Financial Services, has been set to launch in a number of select U.S. Toyota and Lexus dealerships.

RouteOne’s e-contracting capability will enable the creation, execution, storage and management of motor vehicle finance agreements and related documents. It will also provide an imaging capability, which eliminates the need for paper documents.

Currently, RouteOne has 120 lenders under contract for its credit application management system, including captive and non-captive finance sources.
